General terms and conditions of business
1. Registration
Registration for a continuing education course with the Permanent Cosmetic Concept, owned by Magdalena Kolat, must be submitted in writing or electronically. Electronic registrations are binding even without a signature. Course participants will receive an email confirmation of their registration. Registration is only secure after a deposit of 30% of the total training fee has been paid into the specified account.
The remaining costs must be transferred to the account 14 days before the start of the course.
2. Withdrawal
Written registration is binding even if the full course fee is not received 14 days before the course start date. Participants may withdraw without giving reasons up to 6 weeks before the course start date. After that, the following fees are due:
6-4 weeks before the course starts: 50% of the course fee
4-2 weeks before the course starts: 75% of the course fee
1-0 weeks before the course starts: 100% of the course fee
In the case of short-notice registration, a refund of the course fee is only possible if a substitute participant is found. If a participant does not attend the course or discontinues the training during the course, no refund of the course fee will be given.
3. Cancellation or change of courses
Should the course be canceled due to insufficient participants or the instructor's illness, participants will be notified. Any course fees already paid will be refunded or, upon request, credited to a new course date. No further claims for damages are possible. Permanent Kosmetik Hannover reserves the right to change the course schedule at any time.
4. Safety notice
Course participants' data will be used solely for course-related administration. It will not be shared with third parties.
5. Liability
The Permanent Cosmetic Concept is only liable for personal injury and property damage in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of the teaching institute or its contractual partners. Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage (accident, liability, etc.). Participants remain in the event rooms at their own risk. During application demonstrations and exercises performed by course participants on other participants or models, the course participants act at their own risk. Claims for damages – regardless of the legal basis – against the instructor or organizer are excluded unless gross negligence or intent is clearly proven.
